A WebQuest on Greek Mythology
The webQuest I put under focus as
part of my exploration into zunal.com is “The Greek Mythology” WebQuest, which
I found under the category of English and Language. The webQuest included a
series of clearly sequenced procedures and tasks aiming to teach the Gods of
Olympus to the students by making them research the characters themselves. The
design of the webQuest is visually appealing with different graphics used for
all the sections. All the parts including introduction, task, process,
evaluation and conclusion are listed in a clear and easy – to - understand
manner, which adds to the esthetic quality of the webQuest. No broken links
were observed regarding the mechanical aspects.
As for the
introduction part, the picture and the accompanying questions succeed to get
the learners into the lesson although the graphic quality of the picture and
the variety of questions are limited. The tasks offered always seek ways to
construct on the learners knowledge and relate mythology to their real lives. The
final tasks the learners to create their own God or Goddess in the modern times
and write an authentic myth about them.
All in all,
the use of relevant resources and the clearly stated steps as well as the
understandable lay out and cognitively demanding content turns this webQuest into
an opportunity to introduces Greek Mythology in the English Lessons.

The Best Wikiing Experince with Myfavbookproject!
Hi,
Today I have an experience about wikiing in the context of "Myfavbookproject". I found this project very beneficial for teaching in EFL settings. As a new wikispaces user, I did't have any difficulties in the process of wikiiing thanks to its easy and clear design. Especially, these kind of online teaching platforms can be useful for whole class projects and out of class activities. When we look at some advantages of these open to comment projects, it's really clear to see that students' criticizing capability can develop with these tasks and everyone can find a chance to share their idea in online platforms. Also, preparing online information repository is beneficial not only for our students but also these information is visible for the other EFL students in all around the world.
So, we need to keep in mind that sharing is the best part of teaching and learning!
Look at my wiki page & enjoy it! :)

The Chant of The Other Ducks to The Ugly Duckling
In the first day of her swim in the lake, the ugly duckling tries to join her brothers and sisters, yet she finds an unfriendly distance. As she looks at her reflection in the lake, she notices her image with a whitish face and a long long neck. In her last attempt to join the ring, the other ducks stop her and start to sing.
The Chorus of Ducks to The Ugly Duckling:
Quack quack quack we quack quack quack!
We all swim fore we swim back
We’re all ducks but you’re mistake
Don’t you know you are ugly?
Don’t’ you see our beauty?
You step back!
Quack quack quack we quack quack quack!
Only ducks swim in this lake
We’re all ducks but you’re mistake
Don’t you feel the difference?
You should leave a distance
You step back!
